The lounge has an enormous arched window with double doors onto a large side garden with the new orchard and farmland beyond. A light and airy room, very comfortably furnished with an open log fire as well as under-floor heating. A stone spiral staircase leads from the lounge to the mezzanine (a favourite with all our younger guests)...

A large private garden at the rear of the villa has covered terrace and built-in barbecue.
